Closed for now, pending updates or outright shutdown. Most of the content is old and stale, so I'm gonna let this site ramp down. All of the sub-pages are still here for people coming via search engines.
Whoops. I didn't realize right away that the search engines would ignore commented-out links in the HTML of this file.
If I get some time soon, I'll update some of my more recent writing and re-post it.
